What makes a Printmeikiando journal so special from amongst the rest? They are hand crafted form beginning to end.

The covers are printed individually by hand using linoleum carvings or woodcuts on an etching press rather than being printed on a computer. Plus, they are sewn together by hand giving them a unique personality that will make them stand out from amongst mass produced journals out there. This design is run twice to create the image in the cover. The first one is the background, where it is hand carved on a block of linoleum and the second is a linoleum carving for the outline. All of the journals are printed with soy based ink, which is friendlier for the environment but permanent on the cover themselves, as they are fade resistant. The placement of these two images creates an over layering that is exquisite and gives a vintage aspect to the journals. All the journals measure 5.25 in x 8.25 in (13 cm x 21 cm) and contain 50 pages with a visible thread stitching in the spine.

As seen in the pictures, and due to the fact that everything is done by hand, there might be slight differences in the cover or in the stitching, which makes each and every single one of these notebooks one of a kind. Please note some of the aligning is not perfect as there are small shifts during the printing process that alters the outcome.
